Limit of 3 Questions: • Your in-depth reading allows for up to three clearly stated questions. • Additional questions may require booking a follow-up session. 2. Be Clear & Specific: • The more focused your questions, the more detailed and insightful your answers will be. • Avoid vague or overly broad questions like “What does the future hold?” unless you want a general reading. 3. Respectful Communication: • Kindness and mutual respect are required. • I do not tolerate abusive, disrespectful, or demanding behavior. 4. Turnaround Time: • Please allow 1–3 business days for your reading to be completed and delivered. 5. No Medical, Legal, or Pregnancy Questions: • For ethical and legal reasons, I do not answer questions about health diagnoses, legal outcomes, or pregnancy predictions. 6. Cancellation Policy
Booking 1. To book a tarot reading with The Moonlight Oracle LLC, please visit our website and select the desired reading service. 2. Choose a convenient date and time slot for your reading. 3. Provide accurate contact information, including your name and email address, to ensure smooth communication. 4. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with further details. Question Limits Per Reading 1. **One-Card Reading**: Limited to one specific question. 2. **Three-Card Reading**: Limited to three related or individual questions. 3. **Full Tarot Spread (10+ cards)**: Limited to five detailed questions. 4. **Specialized Readings (e.g., Past-Present-Future, Relationship Insights)**: Limited to the focus area of the reading and up to three supporting questions. 5. Any additional questions outside these limits will require the purchase of an extended session. Cancellation and Rescheduling 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tarot reading, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made by replying to the confirmation email or contacting our customer support. 3. In the event of a cancellation with the required notice, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid. 4. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a refund may not be possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Late Arrivals 1. We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled tarot reading. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. 2. If you arrive late, the reading may need to be shortened to ensure fairness to other clients with scheduled appointment No-shows 1. In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend the scheduled tarot reading without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Refunds 1. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy stated above. 2. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating. However, please note that our readers invest time and effort in preparing for each session, and last-minute cancellations or exceeding question limits can be disruptive.
